Despite the recent advances in broadband penetration and accessibility, broadcasting networks continue to be most efficient way for delivering media content large areas independently of user density. Our experiments reveal that inter-cell interference margin LTE eMBMS about 3 dB higher compared traditional networks. If layered architecture incorporated would cause reduction approximately 19% Enhanced Layer (Lower Layer) coverage.
